I tried to make a reservation
I tried to book a reservation through their online system. It took my money, but it did not book the reservation. The firm notified me that the money "should" be returned to my account in a few days. Meanwhile, I no longer have access to that cash, and we have no reservations and cannot make new reservations until my money is recovered. Why?

Good and bad
Good: a wide selection of whiskies/bourbons to pick from! A typical tavern with a few pool tables, dim lighting, and competent bartenders. I love that there is a patio for smoking cigars!! We were able to sit on what used to be the speakeasy patio, which was fortunate because the main patio was crowded! A mixed crowd. A pleasant, easy place to get a nightcap after dinner at Zaya downstairs. Not so good: On a Saturday night, there is no DJ/music to be heard on the "speakeasy" patio.

Bring back the Olympus 5!
The Olympus 5 was an incredible shoe. I owned multiple pairs of the robust and good-looking Olympus 5. I recently bought one of their new shoes, and the quality didn't feel the same. I want the Olympus 5 back.

Fantastic Service
Two things: first, the person who was my initial point of contact with Plygem, straight from Kelowna, was really helpful. He listened to my concerns about the broken seals on our patio doors and scheduled a site technician for the following week. Second, their on-site technician arrived and removed the doors for seal repairs, taking great care to avoid damaging our floors. He took his time and treated our home as if it were his own! These two people provided excellent service.

Constant errors in Zaps
Constant errors in Zaps that have been running well and working perfectly. It completely ruins the idea of automation if I need to go in there and manually fix it every week.

Good Prices, Slightly Slow Support
The actual flight search and booking experience was good. I had a question afterward, though, and getting a response took longer than I expected. The issue was eventually sorted out, so I'm giving it three and a half rather than writing the whole experience off.

SCAM/PHISHING website
I submitted two online orders, but both were cancelled due to a difficulty with credit card processing, despite the fact that the card had not yet been processed. They are simply collecting your credit card details and contact information. There is no customer support. It is all fake. Stay away.

Not very comfy
After a year of use, I can say this couch hasn’t held up well. The seat foam quickly developed dents in the spots we sit most often, and the only back support comes from the pillows, which flatten and lose shape with regular use. Overall, it’s not comfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

No longer sells flat finishes.
I purchased 2 paint samples and just tried them out on my hallway wall. They don't provide any coverage at all. Very disappointed. Additionally, Benjamin Moore no longer sells flat finish paint, at least not in my area. My local stores refused to do a flat finish for Regal Select paint. Customer Support says I can order it online and pick it up elsewhere, meaning I have to drive to the next town over, which is up to an hour away, to pick up the paint.

Cost of coverage
I'm a tour guide. I have literally spent decades using travel guards for groups. Every time a client has submitted a claim, it has never been rejected. However, I recently had a bad encounter. I am aware that actuaries make these decisions, and I anticipate that senior tourists will pay more, yet a recent group purchase was exceptional. I had a 50-year-old woman traveling with her 80-year-old mother. The mother's price was $1K, and the daughter's fee was $270 for the exact cost and coverage. That's just too much of a gauge.
